Working with you, I can provide a commercial review of your business, and work together in refreshing your client offer, range and choice ensuring it remains fit for purpose in today’s changing funeral climate. Additionally support, advice and guidance can be provided to ensure your business is compliant and regulation ready. CARETAKING AND MANAGEMENT

I provide coaching and mentoring support for you and your colleagues, whether that be customer service, management, commercial awareness or colleague development.
On a practical level, I support businesses by caretaking and managing in periods of annual leave and recruitment, providing trusted hands for your business management interests for tailored periods of time. I am based in Oxfordshire and travelling throughout the United Kingdom is easily accommodated. I am enhanced DBS checked and can provide references on request.

ABOUT ME
I founded Trusted Funeral Services in the spring of 2025, following a 41-year career in the funerals sector, working with independent providers as well as small, medium and national Co-operatives and latterly Dignity. With a thorough grounding in all operational aspects and subsequently having overall managerial responsibility and accountability for extensive funeral, stonemasonry, crematoria and pre-need services, I am equipped to provide assistance and support at a variety of sector-specific levels.
